City Holiday Hours and Closures
For Christmas Week, city offices are closed December 24 through January 1. City offices reopen January 2, 2019.
Refuse service:
Follows its regular daily pick-up schedule. The City’s safety, public works, parks and utilities departments remain staffed to provide safety and emergency services. Administrative offices and public counters are closed.
Transit services:
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, Roseville Transit operates limited Commuter service.
Local, Dial-A-Ride and ADA Paratransit services operate normally.
No Roseville Transit service on Christmas or New Year’s Day.
Utility payments:
- Online at www.roseville.ca.us/billpay
- By phone with utility representatives from 8 a.m. - noon and 1-5 p.m., December 26-28 and December 31 by calling (916) 774-5300 or (800) 767-3142 . Self-service options are available 24 hours a day at these phone numbers
- Through the mail and at the two drop box locations, one by the Civic Center front entrance door and the other on East Washington between Vernon Street and Atlantic Street.
Parks, Recreation & Libraries hours:
