Roseville Is Opening First Downtown Affordable Housing Development "The Lohse"

KCRA 3 News covered the first and only affordable housing complex (called The Lohse) that is coming to Downtown Roseville in the 600 block of Vernon Street.

It is the first of three affordable housing developments included in Roseville's downtown specific plan.

Rent ranges depending on the number of bedrooms and income. Some one-bedroom apartments start as low as $396 per month. Three-bedroom units can cost as much as $1,130 per month.

Income ranges for The Lohse are $16,850-$48,060 per year.
