Roseville Rising Culinary Showcase 2026

Are you a foodie interested in previewing up-and-coming culinary standouts? Join us at the Roseville Rising Culinary Showcase for an evening of tasting and conversation, where over ten emerging local chefs and food entrepreneurs serve sampler-size creations and share the business concepts behind them. You'll be among the first in the community to taste these creations, and the feedback you share helps shape what each founder brings to market next.

The event is open to the public. Every ticket goes directly to the Roseville Rising Food Founder cohort, supporting the businesses you'll taste that evening.

These culinary entrepreneurs are recent graduates of the third cohort of the Roseville Rising Food Founder program, which helps early-stage entrepreneurs innovate and grow their local businesses. Roseville Rising is a collaborative Roseville Venture Lab program between the City of Roseville and GFN. The Roseville Venture Lab is the City of Roseville's entrepreneur center, operated as a public-private partnership with community sponsors.

Registration is limited, so secure your spot early. Tickets are $39.

Specialty drinks from Randy Peters' Catering will be available at the no-host bar.
