Description
This workshop will focus on building a 3-dimensional doll or figure from the provided tools, using the medium of paper/cardboard.

This workshop is an invitation for adult students to return to the childhood ideas of exploration, imagination and play, there is no wrong way to create in this space.

This workshop focuses on using what you have already to create. It highlights looking at “trash” through a creative lens, and uses basic and accessible tools. There is an additional focus on story telling.

Students will be asked to keep in mind three ideas while creating;
Curiosity; what happens if I do this? “What if?”
Play; what feels fun? Focus on exploration,
Story; Who is this figure? Where do they come from? What is their story?

Workshop to conclude with participants sharing their completed works and they will be able to take them home.
