Founded in 1973The Friends of the Roseville Public Library were formed in 1973 by a group of citizens concerned with the materials and services provided by the Roseville Public Library. With the support of Helen O'Connor, who served as Roseville Public Library Director from 1971-1981, this group of citizen volunteers dedicated themselves to the formation of a nonprofit with a mission to support and promote the Roseville Public Library and filed their Articles of Incorporation on September 12, 1973.
