New Retail Complex

A new 83,000 square foot mixed use building at 316 Vernon Street was completed in 2017. The four-story structure houses various city departments, contains floor retail space, and is home to Sierra College.

Parking Garage

Construction of a multi-story parking garage between Vernon Street’s 200 block and Oak Street was completed in 2018. It provides 429 additional parking places.
